Founder – Sri K. V. Ratnam Garu

Sri K. V. Ratnam Garu was a visionary educationist, mentor, and the founder of the Ratnam Group of Educational Institutions. Widely regarded as the pioneer of organized coaching education in Andhra Pradesh, he dedicated his life to empowering students through quality education, discipline, and value-based learning.

Born on May 23, 1943, in Chalapanaidupalle village of Nellore district, Sri K. V. Ratnam Garu began his career as a Chemistry demonstrator after completing his B.Sc. education. Driven by a passion for teaching, he established Jayanthi Tutorials in 1966 and later founded the Ratnam Coaching Centre in 1983, which eventually grew into the renowned Ratnam Group of Educational Institutions.

His educational philosophy emphasized not only academic excellence but also character building, discipline, leadership, and holistic development. Under his guidance, Ratnam Institutions became a trusted name in education, helping thousands of students achieve success in competitive examinations and professional careers.
